As of today I'm just another checkmarkless exile. Summary:
* still got ads
* innocuous posts still hidden from public view
* world's most frustrating chat bot 'support'
So was @X premium worth it? Absolutely not. Second-easiest subscription cancellation ever after @netflix.
Maybe because "an equivalent in JavaScript" was posted a couple months ago (*cough* https://t.co/fEjHa4L0uJ *cough*) and it was actually innovative and "mindblowingly awesome".
The #dotnet community really is dead, isn't it? I share something absolutely mindblowingly awesome and its tumbleweeds. An equivalent in JavaScript garners thousands of shares and likes.
We have established a fund for Charlie's Family: https://t.co/eFaLvE1qzc
We are tagging @GiveSendGo and their Founder @jacobawells to ensure that this fundraiser is public and all proceeds are received directly by the family.
Has @google really gotten that bad at search that the @GiveSendGo fundraiser for @charliekirk11's family doesn't even make the first page of results for "charlie kirk givesendgo"? https://t.co/PFTGHlcYRD #CharlieKirk
First time in USA for #elixirconf; first impressions from Orlando #4: race is not the impenetrable divide that mainstream/legacy media would like you to believe. I'm not naive enough to think problems don't exist but I've seen plenty of positive signs in just the first 24 hours
First time in USA for #elixirconf; first impressions from Orlando #3: @ChickfilA lives up to the hype and then some. The classic Chick Fil-A meal just needs chicken salt added to the waffle fried and it would be pretty much perfect.
First time in USA for #elixirconf; first impressions from Orlando #2: walking and cycling really aren't things here. I haven't seen a single bicycle, and sidewalks are largely nonexistent between large streets. Somehow the traffic is still really well managed.
First time in USA for #elixirconf; first impressions from Orlando #1: people are really friendly in general. From street strangers to shop staff to border/customs officials.
Analogue has been moving at maximum pace, processing shipping to everyone who has been patiently waiting. Unexpected, uncommon issues are rare. Especially in a negligible degree under esoteric circumstances. We’re ensuring every detail meets our standard.
We're setting the shipping date to Q4 — intentionally set conservatively. Full announcement here: https://t.co/4J3WtgyiWX
I am skeptical about trying to pin delays for customers outside of the US on "tariffs", and there were no tariffs stopping you from updating customers better (as in: at all). But hey - better late than never.
Following last week’s sudden tariff changes, Analogue 3D will now begin shipping next month.
We’re absorbing the costs—your preorder price stays the same. No additional charges.
Late August, the wait ends: reviews go live with everything we’ve been saving for this moment.
We’ve poured everything into Analogue 3D—and we can’t wait for you to see it for yourself.

Cool except for the same fatal flaw which plagued the "Classic" and "Experimental" terminals before it: the annoying-as-fuck overriding of standard commands. Needing to unlearn basic muscle memory like Ctrl+Shift+C for copy is an instant fail.
Before the era of Unreal Engine, Unity and Youtube tutorials, if you wanted to get into game development there were three heavy hitters: Gamasutra, Flipcode and https://t.co/8UxvjYRoqZ
Now only the latter remains - and even that is under threat. It may be a shell of its former self but it's still sad to see imminent disconnection of the life support 😢
