@kelsodiff @TheMikeWoods Haha 😂 yeah man it legit felt like someone hit me with a baseball bat on my lower calf and just like you, I knew right away and just dove to the ground 😂 I had Dr. Fieghan out of independence but he does surgery at Ahuja medical center. He was great!

@kelsodiff @TheMikeWoods Yeah I was playing some tennis against my brother in law 🤦🏻‍♂️😂… best advice I can give ya is to take the recovery serious. Gotta be careful you don’t mess up your other one by compensating and putting more stress on it while staying off of the torn one. Are you getting surgery?

@kelsodiff @TheMikeWoods Dang, sorry to hear that man!! I had a full rupture on April 24th, had surgery on May 9th. I didn’t get into a walking boot until early July. I did PT twice a week all the way up to first week of November… it’s a long recovery but stay strong and push through! 🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻
