Still nothing from @O2 and the fraud case I reported. I have spent hours on the phone and promised x5 call backs! Not a single bit of effort from @O2 my credit file is affected just pure lack of care!!!!!

I have reference numbers to quote (as I have been promised calls 3/4/5 times) to this point not 1 call back
How do I speak with the Fraud team?
How do I speak with the credit management team?
