The central part that was pressurized imploded so it and everything inside it was ripped apart, this piece is one of the outer parts that wasn't pressurized so it's intact. Like popping a balloon with a paper taped to it, the paper stays ok.

@DylanMcD8 This has been working for a while as long as the app is signed to you. I'm on iOS 14.2 and it works just like that, and I believe it also worked as early as iOS 12 or 13. In some other future 17.X release they will have to enable it for all ipas though, at least in the EU.
