@feroze17 Using a camera that’s not even looking side on/ across the line 😂 - embarrassing stuff for the money involved at this level. Semi automated system can’t come quick enough
@piersmorgan True, I guess technically you can’t “lose” what you didn’t have, so you’re right on the terminology there Piers 👍 maybe: “about England remaining Ashes-less” would’ve been more appropriate :)
Hi @AdamMeakins
Any evidence/ views on the use of the Schroth method? (Or scoliosis and pn in general). I’m in a situation with a ct whose physio is an advocate for this method (and the use of ‘scoli wedges’ to manage the ct’s pain), which I’m not sure are helpful. Thank you
@GregLehman Hey Greg! I run an Exercise Physiology private practice in the Eastern Suburbs! (Activate Exercise Physiology in Balwyn North).
Our philosophy has been largely shaped by your work, and we often utilise your resources/courses as PD, so it would be a pleasure to have you!
@feroze17 Definitely not abnormal! Nothing wrong with plyometric exercises - find me a study that shows they are bad for knee cartilage/ health - you’ll find the opposite.
This may seem unnatural to some but there is a body of evidence supporting work like this, not condemning it.
