These are relatively early morning runs.
I just try to stay off socials as much as possible in the morning.
I think it's fucking weird to wake up and prioritise what others are doing over yourself.

Last week was substandard.

Increased the speed on my run to unsettle the comfort.

Woke up with a lot on my mind so actually meditated for 5 mins before I got going.
Did the job.
As an Arsenal fan, the ball isn’t definitely out.
Gabriel did stoop to head the ball and I’d be fuming if that was given against us.
But that is clearly OFFSIDE! Two players have to be behind the ball.

On the days I don't run I feel like something is missing.
The mind will do everything in its power to keep you in a comfortable place.
