- work on passion
- first hour no phone
- 20min sauna, 4 min cold plunge
- workout first thing: resistance/conditioning
- leave home city every 2 weeks
- call friends
- surround yourself w cracked people
- shower with lights off
- 10k steps outside
- network 3x ppl weekly (2 peers, 1 above)
- repeat mantras
- 30min daily learning
- scroll 15min daily
- red lights 1 hour before bed
- glass bottled spring water
- journal 1 page daily and review with ai
- fast until noon
- check food for toxin levels
- leave country every 3 months
- eat steak
- no alcohol or melatonin
- stretch / foam roll
- mouth tape
- 400mg caffeine
- stare at a blank wall for 10 min between work sessions
- visualize w music
- work on something greater than yourself
