A Free Show of Solidarity for Peaceful Elections

As Osun State prepares for the 2026 Governorship Election, the Osun State Government, in collaboration with the Imole Youth Campaign Committee, invites the public to a Free Show of Solidarity aimed at promoting peace, unity, and non-violence before, during, and after the election.

The programme is designed to encourage all residents, especially young people, to reject electoral violence, embrace peaceful democratic participation, and demonstrate that every vote counts without resorting to conflict.

The Chairman of the Imole Youth Campaign Committee, Hon. David Adedeji Adeleke (@davido ), will be in attendance alongside other government officials, political leaders, youth stakeholders, entertainers, and supporters to champion the message of peaceful, free, fair, and credible elections.

Members of the public are encouraged to come out in large numbers to join this movement for peace and demonstrate that Osun votes with ballots not violence.
