@flipkartsupport called and said they could not issue an invoice with Serial No., and asked me to return the AC. As reasoned in my earlier tweet, that is not sth I want as it is already installed. Now, @Flipkart has marked my issue as resolved. Pathetic at best. Shame on them.

Purchased an AC from @Flipkart. The invoice came without serial no. Requested Flipkart for invoice with serial no. for warranty purpose.After 10 days, they say can't provide it, return the AC. Spent 1000 on installation.Can't return now. @amazonIN is much better than @Flipkart.

It's shocking to learn about the #planecrash in Ahmedabad with 242 on board. News coming that it crashed into BJMC Hostel killing at least 20 MBBS students. Life's so uncertain. Neither the passengers nor those students would have expected their lives to end like this. Tragic 😔
