Bats had begun to get into the church after lead was stolen from the chancel roof. After installing the bat box, the church is now much easier to clean and its beautiful wall paintings are protected for future generations to enjoy. Read more at https://t.co/bWOYe0YnEh

V pleased with my solution to prevent 🦇🦇flying under the door into St Andrews, Holcombe, Somerset, cared for by the @TheCCT. The worn threshold tells of the centuries of parishioners that had passed over it & couldn’t be replaced so I cast a new removable section into it ⤵️
