Our PG residents shd receive a uniform stipend across J&K ,the amount paid shd b equal to what is paid in SKIMS. Additionally, stipend for interns needs to be enhanced. Both of these issues must be treated as a priority & resolved on an urgent basis.

JkBOPEE should conduct NEET PG councelling again as per the new reservation policy ! Many high ranked NEET PG Doctors have been left out from their desired seats due to faulty draconian reservation policy and rule 17 !

RBA had 10% reservation i.e 30/350 PG seats
And They got 60/350 seats i.e 17%
So OM gets 23% and RBA alone 17%

I have many examples of OM guys who literally have to feed their families get nothing or wont get desired branches while reserved ppl get anything they want!
I received a call at midnight from a guy who had decent rank was sobbing as he gets nothing , was difficult to console 💔

NEET PG list by JKBOPEE is out: 98 seats for Open Merit, 256 for reserved.

This is how merit is suffocated in healthcare.
At this rate, patients will end up asking their doctor’s category b4 trusting their skills.

354 NEET-PG seats, and merit is being strangled in broad daylight.
Only 136 seats for Open Merit in all of J&K, while 218 are loaded into a lopsided reservation matrix. This isn’t governance. It’s a calculated assault on merit.

@OmarAbdullah, during the Budgam elections you kept chanting “report bas aarhi hai.” So what was that — a scripted line to fool voters? One full year later, the CSC report has vanished without a trace.

Our OM students are breaking down, fighting despair and injustice every single day. And we stand with them. Peaceful protest is our right, and if pushed, we will use it. We won’t watch silently while an entire generation is thrown under the bus.

Reserved get whopping 218 out of 354 + share appropriated out of OM leaving effectively <100 for General UR population.
Rule 17 & SRO 49 demands remain neglected.

Have fiercely advocated for this Bond policy --one of neet pg issues .
Good to see 'intent' but it must immediately be cleared by the cabinet since it is a low hanging fruit requiring minor tweaks but of value to our NEET Pg warriors.
However the Subcommittee report on Rationalisation issue for some odd reason continues to be kept obfuscated behind some secret locker probably in the mistaken notion that GC population of J&K will forget about it.
That ain't happening.
From 78% in 2004 to crumbs in 2024 ,fighting for our rightful share is no longer a choice, but a necessity !

I have personally fought for this issue tirelessly, right from day one. Back in December last year, I had already raised it publicly and took it directly to the Hon’ble Health Minister @sakinaitoo highlighting how J&K’s lack of a NEET PG bond policy was hurting our healthcare system. Doctors from outside J&K would earn their degrees here and leave immediately, while our own people were deprived of trained specialists. I made it clear this imbalance had to end.
Today we see the first small win, the process has started, discussions are happening at the highest level and we are closer than ever to implementation.
This is proof that consistent effort and unity can bring real change.
The journey is long but together we will achieve everything.
