The Senate’s AFFORD Act would scale Native CDFIs and make the USDA 502 relending pilot permanent ($50M authorized). The House’s Tribal Tax & Investment Reform Act (H.R. 7705) includes a $175M NMTC set-aside for Tribal areas.
