So I spent $300 plus a hotel for getting stuck in airports. NEVER got to my destination and every flight there and back was delayed leading to a trip in vain. How does @AmericanAir give me a $69 refund and I never got where I was going? I need a full refund.

I asked a lady at the gate to help me find a different flight from LAX and was told “I cant help you” then they push these delay’s thru an app that doesn’t update boarding passes
