@StevenVeidt Doesn’t matter if it’s “genuine.” It’s part of the game. Do players “genuinely” need to bounce the ball 10 times before serving or do they do it to slow down the pace of the game? It’s strategy. This is about females not being quaint and quiet. Most people understand this.

Just like any job, if you want a quality candidate then you have to PAY them!! I will never understand why we suggest that college and university leaders take pay cuts. They’ll just leave like any other employee would who doesn’t feel valued.
