@BarclaysUK guess there is no loyalty for customers had my house ins, travel pack etc for years. Made a claim £500 due to flights being cancelled 24 hours before the trip and having to rebook , 4 weeks to look at the claim, rude call centre .meanwhile I have to feed my kids !
