When either Ir25a-QF2-AD or Orco_QF2-DBD was used to drive expression of dTomato, they didn't see fluorescence in the female maxillary palp, antenna, or the antennal lobe, but they stated that when Orco-QF2-DBD & IR25a-QF2 were crossed into the same animal, they saw fluorescence.
