What is going on with the battery on a ford puma hybrid? Every few months the battery keeps going flat. Took the car to ford and they said that the car needs a software update at a cost of £300. Doesn’t seem right to me ☹️@forduk

Fed up with @virginmedia. You agree one price on the phone, then you take money out of my account for a price I have not agreed! You lack transparency for customers 😡After 3 hours worth of phone calls, advisors refuse to log my complaint. Utterly appalling service 😏

@mradamhill My kids sch do a 2 wk block in Y3 & Y5. Most kids can swim 25m with ease. Tbh, both my kids learnt to swim aboard. They were in the pool everyday for hours, they cracked it within a wk.

@BCC_Help The pedestrian crossing on Princess Alice Drive on Chester Road B73 near the Poundland entrance does not work. It hasn’t been working for weeks. Children who are attending New Oscott Primary are facing real difficulty when crossing there as it is prioritising cars.
