@British_Airways seriously BA sat at gate for almost 1hr, plane been there whole time and we just get told it needs extra cleaning. We should have taken off 15 mins ago. Seriously frustrating. Must have known a while ago. #badservice
@SW_Help why is it on the so called fast train to Waterloo from West Byfleet for last 2 times I have been stuck behind stopping service making me late. Once I can understand but if it keeps happening (as is) then who is doing planning etc? Think it needs looking at.

@SW_Help really disappointed with treatment from one of your guards at Waterloo yest. Wasnโt able to buy 1st class ticket at WBF as all systems down for 10.57am. On way for chemo and was made to feel like a criminal as they rang around trying to check my story. Of course true!
@British_Airways trying to upgrade my flight online, showing pricing for all passengers (2) but when I click keep getting price no longer available. Then try and call and not taking calls at moment. Frustrated. Travelling next Friday. If not available shouldnโt show pricing?
@Coronation2023 Yes, applied for disabled tickets. Only received 2nd email in inbox from ticketmaster that all tickets now gone. Then searched, we did not remember seeing 1st email. Found in junk 2 hours previous. Didnโt give me a chance to claim. Very unfair.
@discoveryplusUK why are there adverts that repeat 2 or 3 times on the same run within your programs? Annoying paying for a service with adverts yet alone them repeating continually!
@santanderukhelp Iโve done that already, then posted same evidence and now apparently ANOTHER letter has gone out asking for the same info Iโve already sent twice. But Iโm not able to speak to disputes to discuss. So now had to raise a complaint and surprise surprise nobody calls me from there 2
@santanderuk logged a complaint on 24th and was told marked as urgent on 27th. Still nobody calls? Along with you supposedly wrote to me on 24th. Still nothing. #worstcustomerserviceever
@santanderukhelp Iโve tried! Nobody seems to call back. Plus your โprocessโ of carrying out disputes by post is discriminatory to disabled people like myself, who canโt just walk to a post box or post office. Although funnily enough initial dispute can be raised onlineโฆ..
Still having ridiculous problems with this. Made a complaint supposedly would get a call in 3 working days. Made the complaint Tuesday and nothing. I want to cancel my ยฃ15 a month CC due to this shocking service. Santander will lose out more than I will. But clearly donโt care.
@santanderukhelp Yes which is ridiculous during postal strikes particularly. I suppose anything to delay refunding money. When everything else is done online. This seems absurd and not very carbon neutral eitherโฆ..
