@Se_Railway But the ticket office said he will not argue with me and has told everyone at Herne Bay station there are no trains stopping here at all in either direction. I’m not happy about this - clearly there is no correct communication

@Se_Railway Well we have just got to Herne Bay station with a less than helpful ticket office. Who have said there are no trains to Faversham and no bus service from Faversham. Your twitter and website says otherwise. So what is the real situation?
