If you're not excited about #AI and how it can add so many improvements personally, professionally and beyond..
Then you just have to take the time to understand it more #nuffsaid
It's officially been two weeks since ChatGPT4 Vision started rolling out.
My prediction was right, Multimodal AI is about to disrupt SO many sectors.
Here are 14 of the most shocking examples that prove it:
Solving the Canadian housing crisis is going to take a herculean effort by government and private developers.
Some developers will create massive wealth by helping to solve this crisis.
Citizens and politicians need to be OK
with this.
It can’t be an ‘us vs them’ mentality.
Development is highly risky. Nearly every construction loan in Canada is personally guaranteed by the developer’s assets. Their house, their life savings, their retirement plans, etc.
We need more of these risk takers or we will never solve this crisis.
Real estate development is a VERY efficient market. If profits are too high, new entrants will quickly add inventory to the market, and margins, and therefore prices/rent, will come down.
Basic economics.
But, there will be a period where wealth is created to solve a major problem.
Kind of like electric cars and that Elon guy.
Asking yourself open ended questions like these are next level for self improvement.
Be aware and allow yourself to receive the limitless possibilities 💫
Enough courage to get started + enough sense to focus on something you’re naturally suited for + enough persistence to stay in the game long enough to catch a few lucky breaks + a lot of hard work.
There’s your recipe.
Focus is a muscle.
You wouldn't train for 8-12 hours a day. You wouldn't avoid rest because it's crucial for growth.
Work like you train.
Focus for 1-2 hours. Give it your all. Keep your mental diet in check. And take your damn rest, because nobody is going to give it to you.
