Crown plaza in Beaconsfield changed temperature in a steam room and it’s too high and very uncomfortable. All tiles in the room is like hot plate and Ive actually burnt my skin and now putting cream!

@Photobox I ordered some items and I paid some extra to get sooner. It said "get by 20th" I still haven't got the items. Called customer S but was told i doesn't mean I get by 20th!!?? and was told that I'll get by tomorrow!? Disgusting way to make money!!

@JLcustserv JL offered me for 16th n told me this is earliest slot but I bought another one instead as there is aslit on 13th!! I’m so disappointed JL. I’m making proper complain at the mo. I said on FB then 8 of my friends had similar experience!

@johnlewisretail order dishwasher, wait deliver man, he came but didn’t knock a door or used door bell, just took pic of my front door, left message say, “you’re not in, need reschedule” I spoke the guy 10mins before, all window were opened. Off course I’m in!!! Terrible!!!

@johnlewisretail had a terrible day with JL delivery. Order a dishwasher and given 12-1400 slot today. Delivery man called me 10mins before arrival (not 30mins) very rude just saying “make sure your cover is empty. Do it will you!”
