My grandson is the most important thing...I hate that I'm the oldest of 3 & can't give him or my nephews everything like they can & do..I am the poor one!!
@OttoMatticBaby I need alot of help.I am disabled, raising my granddaughter...while living with my oldest daughter,her husband,my grandson,my mother and my fiance...in a three bedroom house. I'm grateful for what I have...it's just tough when you only get paid once a month.

Quickly replace my tablet. Now I have to wait for a month to get it back and the rep shrugs and tells me to use my cell. I don't have a cell...I have a home phone...since I don't work and am disabled. So know I get to go call all my docs and my granddaughters docs to reschedule

When did customer service not be a priority, when did it become that it's okay for your reps to give false information or make a person feel like a low life. People need to stop and think on how a little kindness goes along way.
We bought 2 new phones to only have them over heat 5 mins of getting them. 5 hrs on the phone and they would not help me at all. This has become a theme. 3 different families of mine of gone thru problems with them. I told them to go with T-Mobile only to get get treated poorly
