Jamaican nurses have been treating patients like crap for decades. After my last surgery at Mandeville Public, I was literally strung up with tubes and couldn’t get off the bed. One night I felt sick and needed to puke. I kept calling out for a pan, and mind you, my bed was the third one from the nurses’ station. They were right there laughing, one said “Mi soon come.”
