@DaJezziee that scene is a TDKR reference where batman uses a gun in the comic to shoot the thug , in the book it’s still unclear wether bruce killed her or not , batman in that scene got him killed yes but many live action batmen have killed indirectly.

@DaJezziee batman using guns was only shown in the KNIGHTMARE TIMELINE which is a alternate reality where bruce’s worse fears come to life eg - him using guns , superman becoming evil becuase of darksied , all of the heroes dying etc ,batman never used guns in the main universe.
