Southampton General Hospital has a major trauma centre a few mins drive away from the scene. He likely didn't have an hour. Police were on scene ~15-17 mins after the stabbing. He looked already in very poor condition and lost consciousness after being handcuffed a couple of mins later, perhaps ~20 mins after being stabbed.

But I think you're right that he might have had a chance if an ambulance was called immediately after the stabbing, specifically mentioning the stabbing. That would have triggered a high priority response. Instead the police were called to arrest Henry and his phone was stolen so he couldn't call for help himself.

Vast majority is too vague, let's get specific. What percentage of immigrants committing violent crime would you consider too high and therefore not worth the tradeoff? If the UK accepts 1 million immigrants and 1% commit violent crime then there would be an extra 10,000 incidents as serious as shown in the clip. Is that too high? Acceptable? It’s from a ‘study’ blob charity INQUEST did of 119 restraint-related deaths in custody plus “other deaths following police contact” over a ten year period 2012/13 to 2020/21

Of those deaths there were: 23 Black, 86 White, 5 Asian, 4 mixed race

They compared those shares with population shares and concluded Black people were about 7x more likely than White people to die per population.

Inquest made zero statistical adjustments to this. 119 people over a ten year period simply isn’t enough to make this inference.

Then they pushed it to The Guardian and who publish it knowing no one reads past the headline.
