@DVLAgovuk we understand that it’s taking longer at the moment due to covid, but we haven’t even been informed if the documents have been received. and had a £200 phone bill from being on hold to you with no answer.

@DVLAgovuk my dad sent off forms to you in March to renew his driving licence, it’s medical so it’s every 5 years I think. and we haven’t heard anything at all. his driving licence has also expired in the time we’ve been waiting so he wants to know where he stands with driving.
