@premierinn Hi, we have previously been given the direct number and email, made several phone calls and sent 2 emails. No reply, since then a parking charge has come through that reluctantly will be paid to prevent further stress.
I contacted @premierinn to try and resolve a parking charge issue on behalf of my parents. I was given a direct email and phone number for the hotel concerned. Despite many attempts to contact no one got back to try and find a resolution. Distinct lack of customer service. 😩
