This is actually repeated in all aspects of the Law. What the Law does is reflects God's commands in the flesh what He requires in the Spirit.

@TChapman500 @TrueMessiahMin Circumcision was not simply "Jewish customs." And it was clear in Acts what was laid out for Gentiles to refrain from. When it became clear that Gentiles were able to receive the Holy Spirit, without the Law. Galatians explains this clearly.

The connotation here is that Peter DID eat with Gentiles.

Ironically, this is what we bring to God now - our curse, for His son. We are Cain.
