For the past 24 hours, I’ve felt lost in thought overwhelmed by everything I haven't achieved, caught up in planning my next moves. I ended up not posting anything all day. I was mentally stuck, creatively drained, and completely out of sync.

I tried getting inspired by nature, reading other people’s posts, watching videos, to come with something to yap about @goatnetwork hoping something would click. Still nothing. Though I have a story written about how GOAT NETWORK started but I was still worried that I might get low engagement, Then I started thinking how did the great minds of the past handle moments like this? Einstein, Plato, Newton… how did they process the world?

Not long after, I saw a friend post something on his WhatsApp status that mirrored what I was feeling. I asked him about it, and he said:

“The human intellect was never built for the overwhelming amount of distractions we have these days.”

And he’s right. Back then, no internet, no phones, no pressure to flex the latest Lambo or chase likes. Just deep focus and thought. Today It’s noise 24/7.

Then boom F.O.M.O kicked in hard. I saw @phamartology and @CuzzDave hitting milestones, climbing the LB of projects. Meanwhile, I felt like I was stuck in place.

Immediately I snapped out of it time to look for new ideas to yap @goatnetwork
