[Gaurav Nautiyal @NautiyalG1]

@Legrand_IN Hi, I got the mail on 18th that order is shipped but its been 5 days and it has not yet reached me. How many days does it take to reach within India?

[Gaurav Nautiyal @NautiyalG1]

@Legrand_IN I ordered around 10 days back but no update till now. Mailed your team as well but no response.

[Gaurav Nautiyal @NautiyalG1]

@Noidatraffic @CeoNoida @dmgbnagar @noida_authority I captured this again yesterday. With festival season, this is going to happen daily in large nos. please look into this 🙏

[Gaurav Nautiyal @NautiyalG1]

@Noidatraffic @CeoNoida @dmgbnagar @noida_authority the 2 wheelers, 3wheelers , cars and e-rickshaw drive in wrong direction on kalindi flyover to avoid peak hour rush. Not sure why are we waiting for some accident to happen or is it that its been decided to accept it as it is?

[Gaurav Nautiyal @NautiyalG1]

@Noidatraffic @CeoNoida @dmgbnagar @noida_authority Sir/Madam, its not a story of a day. It's a daily issue. In case you are not aware then I can share daily videos with you.

@AmazonHelp Sorry to use your platform for buying items which you cant deliver

[Gaurav Nautiyal @NautiyalG1]

@amazonIN order number 404-7075896-1523566 is getting refunded without asking for. Reason?

[Gaurav Nautiyal @NautiyalG1]

@AmazonHelp You won, I lost...

[Gaurav Nautiyal @NautiyalG1]

@AmazonHelp pl refer your above post of yesterday 01:54pm. Details already given on the link

[Gaurav Nautiyal @NautiyalG1]

@AmazonHelp 😂😂its really funny that you guys work in a scripted way😂😂.... If you go thru the above post, you will again get your answer to this...😂😂

[Gaurav Nautiyal @NautiyalG1]

@AmazonHelp this i have already done no. of times and their cosmetic reaponse is mentioned above in one of my post

[Gaurav Nautiyal @NautiyalG1]

@AmazonHelp You seems to either have no idea about the issue and thus copying paste the responses as per your database... First check yourself and then update me, pathetic and horrible customer wervice #amazon #amazonindia

[Gaurav Nautiyal @NautiyalG1]

@AmazonHelp Given all details on the link, itnwas mentioned that i will get call in 24 hrs but no one called up so far... Service level going down , really sad #amazon

[Gaurav Nautiyal @NautiyalG1]

@AmazonHelp Then I don't think there is need of having customer care team. This can be done by chatbot as well. Your response shows insensitivity towards customer and when the team became insenstive then downfall starts...all the best with your job

[Gaurav Nautiyal @NautiyalG1]

@AmazonHelp Its useless, can't speak to anyone and on chat , the team has pathetic response as they give link having standard answer rather than our product specific response, they are like - "khud dhund lou FAQs mai se". Now website not taking sbi card discount. Pathetic Service!! #amazon

[Gaurav Nautiyal @NautiyalG1]
