@yabsssai Definitely the full backend flow. Dealing with file buffers, robust parsing (pdf2json + docx-parser), error handling, and making Server Actions work cleanly with Supabase RLS + storage was tricky.

Once the architecture was solid, adding real AI (Gemini) was straightforward.
