There should be QR scan system to board on train. Platform shall be lift upto 4 level and reserved tickets will be allowed to get down on platform. For general compartment,they have to go directly but proper barricades

@AshwiniVaishnaw I am traveling in train no 22836 from bhubaneswar to Shalimar on 17/10/23. Arrived at Santragachi station on 18/10/23 at 6.22 am. And now it is 7.14 am. Train is still at Santragachi station.think keeping delay is tendency or destiny of Indian railway time waste
