@ZeptoNow This order has an icecream tub which was broken. I was asked to exchange on app. I didn't get the exchange and it's marked as complete. Called the the guy, he is not picking. This isn't the first I've been cheated with broken product. Refund my money. I'm done.

@zeptocares I got a call as I had dropped an email. There was return request created. Delivery guy came, dropped the icecream tub, that opened. He said he won't take it. Kept it on road and ran away. I had no number to call and complain.

@we_are_cult I have purchased 12-months cult elite membership in Bangalore, and now that I had to move to Gurgaon. I tried transferring the city, but I am asked to pay 6250/- more for this. Considering how there are not many cult elite centres in Gurgaon, this is not acceptable.

@zomatocare I just orders from Biryani By Kilo. One item (thumbs up pet bottle) is missing from the order. Called Biryani By Kilo, they asked me to call Zomato. The only option I got in the app is chat in chatbot with option to credit around Rs. 9. Missing item was around Rs.20.

@zomatocare It is not even about the amount. It is about taking responsibilty for the mistake. This is not the first time. I had similar issue with Biryani By Kilo through Zomato before. @biryanibykilo

@zerodha In that case, please let me know how to transfer existing MF to any other platform and close Zerodha completely. It doesn't make sense to keep demat open and pay AMC only to keep MF. It is not used for anything else.

@CIBIL_Official I am unable login to my account. When I click on login, it goes to the logout page on the laptop browser. When I try on the mobile browser, I get the login page and OTP. But don't see textbox for top to enter. Either way, I can't login to my account.
