GST was also possible due to Constitutional amendments suraj ji. Anything is possible when Modi ji comes to implement it.

To bring agricultural tax under the central government's jurisdiction, the following steps would be required:
- Constitutional Amendment Bill: A bill to amend the Constitution must be introduced in either house of Parliament (Lok Sabha or Rajya Sabha).
- Special Majority: The bill must be passed by a special majority in both houses of Parliament. This means:
- At least two-thirds of the members present and voting.
- More than 50% of the total membership of the house.
- State Ratification: Since the amendment would affect the federal structure and the powers of states, it would also require ratification by at least half of the state legislatures(Article 368 of the Constitution).
- Presidential Assent: Once passed by Parliament and ratified by the states, the bill is sent to the President for assent. Upon assent, the amendment becomes part of the Constitution.

Implementing all of this is difficult but still possible.
