@BlueStar Why was my ticket closed without providing any solution? More than 2 months of follow ups, repeated calls, and still no resolution. Closing a complaint does not fix the issue. Reopen the ticket and provide a proper solution. @BlueStarCare
If @BlueStarLtd cannot fix this problem, please be honest and inform me. Otherwise, I request an immediate resolution. If the issue cannot be resolved, please arrange a replacement or refund. @BlueStarCare
