@TATAAIGIndia When you people need to achieve the sales target then you call relentlessly during all Saturdays, Sundays & even during night also. When it comes to service, these are your holidays. You people always try to find out the way out of not paying to customers their insurance claim.

Their protocols are made in such a manner that customer gets harrased & end of the day receives no payment. They just enjoy the premium paid by customer for 1 year. I'll in my capacity will always spread only & only negative things about them.

@TATAAIGIndia Just tell me 2 things - 1. If accident happens during night, whether your customer will get assistance or not? Because your customer care representative regrettably deny for service & later backout from promised payment.
2. Whether insurance services remain available on Sunday?

@TATAAIGIndia @jagograhakjago please note that insurance companies like @TATAAIGIndia& their services celebrate their weekly leave on Saturday & Sunday. If any accident happens in night of Saturday & Sunday, customers do not get any assistance & payment.
