@MyIndusIndBank @DasShaktikanta @RBI @RBIsays I am not able to get the refund of the amount which got deducted from account erroneously and @MyIndusIndBank and @TheOfficialSBI has not helped me in the process. I request central bank to take strict action against both the Banks.

@IndiaPostOffice Still no refund till date. How much time should i have to wait to get the refund. Since you guys take the money upfront but refund process take ages to clear.

I had send parcel to Australia on 01/09/2021 via speedpost but it could not be delivered to Australia since the speed post service are not available in Australia right now. Now,the PO authority over here is not giving me my refund of the charges.@IndiaPostOffice @AshwiniVaishnaw

@IndiaPostOffice I had already asked for the refund but they did not said when i will get the same. I gave application for refund but no information since then, kindly grant the refund at the earliest. Since the amount is material for me and my family.

I had paid INR 7,729 as the speed post charges but now the PO authority is not allowing me my refund even when the parcel is not delivered. Please find the attached acknowledgement slip. @PostOfficeIndia

@RBI - I think the advertisement which you show on Television stating that you help customers should be stopped because this clearly is not any help which you have done. When the Central Bank is only not listening to customer then what other Bank can do. #ShameonRBI

I have raised a complaint with Reserve Bank of India @RBI against 2 Bank i.e. @TheOfficialSBI and @MyIndusIndBank for amount deducted from my account without cash dispensed by the SBI ATM. The complaint (No. 202021019003622) status has been closed by RBI without actioning.

@MyIndusIndBank If you say that there is no turnaround time then it will be better that this gets reported to RBI, since you guys are helpless that is what you are saying. This is the worst service experience i can get from any bank.
