@GOtransit Sent to CR who left a voicemail to say they're looking into the problem and everyone experienced it again today. Only seems to happen on the 540 train. Someone needs to have a chat with the conductor....

@GOtransit why isn't the conductor opening the last doors by the engine going west on the Milton line at 540pm when other doors open? Second day in a row that they are opened a few mins later...why?

@GOtransit this machine is inoperable most times than not. Suggest you replace it or add another one to complement it. Such a nuisance at the south side of Erindale Go.

@FidoSolutions @VMCcare could learn a few things from the @Fidomobile Eaton Centre store. @Fidomobile customer service staff was outstanding and the Manager, Michael, was great! Kudos to the Fido team. Friends highly recommended Fido and now know why! Cheers.

Just got a call from @VMCcare asking why I left Virgin Mobile for @Fidomobile and instead of listening to my concerns she abruptly hung up on me! Someone needs to reevaluate Virgin Mobile customer service skills!

@virginmobilecan Its sad that your Loyalty reps do not consider retaining customer business when another provider (Fido) is more than happy to offer a better deal. Tomorrow should be our last day with your company. Very disappointed...
