@TheRAC_UK 3 days, yes 3 days to get my 21 year old daughter home with her car safe and sound stranded in a service station in Cirencester for 3 days she has to keep messaging as you don’t communicate back with her. Her safety seems to be off no worry to you all.

@RacBreakdown my daughter has been waiting 28 hours now to get home from Gloucester to Bracknell she is 21 and getting upset and stressed the pushbacks from yesterday morning to being picked up this morning and hour by hour goes by and she is chasing as updates do not come.

@thismorning we got fined for taking kids out of school because we could only get time of together outside school holidays with both parents working it is not always possible for both to get the same dates and family time is inportant
