Kyiv. It is currently minus 15 degrees Celsius (5 degrees Fahrenheit). Just imagine what the temperature is like in these concrete houses without heating, and how people sleep in them. Currently, 471 buildings in the city are without heating.

I see so many videos from the capital shared by Kyiv residents: how they go to bed and how they tuck in their children - all together in one bed, dressed in layers of clothes and buried under a mountain of blankets.
