I sent money to a Zenith bank account holder yesterday 4th February by 4:04pm, the transaction didn’t go through and I got the “transaction unsuccessful” message but I got a debit alert. I got a reversal by 4:09pm

I decided to try again by 4:17pm and still got the “transaction unsuccessful” message and I was debited.

I have not gotten a reversal till date and the person i sent to has not gotten a credit alert as well.
