Every 5 rejections I give myself an indulgent prize - I prefer prizes that last longer so I can appreciate them beyond the sad rejection feelings. Fancy pjs, skincare, etc. I add an extra prize for rejections that sting more. I change my prize:rejection ratio as needed (2/5)

@gabrielruns_ I loved the MAXQDA interface, but when I started doing more collaborative things (during COVID), I worked in Dedoose. In my experience, Dedoose has been great for collaborative work and is one of the cheaper options.
The number of displaced people surges again. That means more #Newcomers.
Please challenge yourself to think: "I wonder what gifts they bring? What can we do to make them comfortable and to help them thrive here?"
