Please come and collect your shoes but when I visit the store here deferent sinariyo they say me you should chose another shoes, but I want my same shoes. I don’t understand that you give garantee to customers for same shoes or another shoe

@adidas I bought adidas shoes at your store from Gandhinagar, and they gave me guarantee of 3 month but unfortunately within a month my shoes tear from bottom and net also so I gave my shoes return for claim and they excepted. Today they call me my shoes approved

and said that your warranty will continue only if you do maintenance every month, so will the warranty continue only after doing maintenance 12 times every year? If this is really true, then you are cheating the customers.
