Specifically we had a stupid bug that was causing TLV records for HTLCs to be stored wrongly, so if you ever restarted your lightningd and any of your hosted channels had a pending HTLC that would cause that HC to enter an error state that would have to be fixed manually.

This Poncho release is no big deal, but you should still download it because it will:
- fix your hc-channel CLN command
- allow you to pay invoices directly to yourself or other hosted peers using the native CLN 'pay' command
- make your HCs fail less
