This week in the library, we built excitement for our first book fair of the year! Ss worked in teams to complete different STEM challenges, and the joyful expressions on their faces tell the story.

We are celebrating Hispanic Heritage Month in the library! This week I am introducing @NBEbulldogs to José Andrés and his nonprofit organization, World Central Kitchen!
@NBElibrarian shared the book Jose Feeds the world. Sts made connections to their lives and other books while learning about service AND culture #HispanicHeritageMonth
Some teachers @NBEbulldogs met to discuss our book for our summer book club. Great discussion and how can we implement some of the concepts into our classroom and collaborate with other teachers in the building.
The library was filled with smiles and laughter this evening. It was wonderful to connect and spend time learning more about Juneteenth!
