Thrilled that my first PhD paper is out! 😀 If you are interested in how decisions are made about water allocated/reserved for the environment, this evidence synthesis project is for you. 🌊 https://t.co/Fwx2WZTKXM

ICYMI - Diversion of nitrogen (N) pollution from an N-limited stream improves water quality and returns microbes to undisturbed consortium. Just out (with page numbers....oooh, how exciting!) one of the @FEMSmicro journals! OA at https://t.co/BV0VS9B4OB By @NBergbusch and co!
Removal of nitrogen (N) pollution from an N-limited steam returns microbial communities to near natural assemblage! https://t.co/Iw5iHxFHyo Same as phytoplankton response https://t.co/ZWNoKDLJxs New from @NBergbusch@UofRLimno@iecs_uregina and https://t.co/g5QM1LRnSR
Curious about how advanced wastewater processes are improving aquatic systems? Check out our new paper in FEMS Microbiology Ecology about how NH4+ removal reduced symptoms of eutrophication in river bacterial communities. https://t.co/zwEzN5woNE @UofRLimno@yostlab@ers_uw
Super stoked this chapter is (finally) out! This was my first time doing winter sampling - and my polar bear self loved it! 🐻❄️We wanted to see if groundwater effects on biofilms varied within and among seasons. Spoiler alert: variation was all due to seasonality ❄️🌺🌞🍂
I am so thrilled to have been awarded a Vanier for my @ers_uw PhD work about collaborative water management with File Hills Qu'Appelle Tribal Council's Lands, Resources, Environment, and Stewardship Department and in collaboration with @UofRLimno. Thank you! #VanierCanada
Thrilled to have presented today at #IAIA2023 in Malaysia about a more water-centric model for impact assessment based on how we consider water for the environment and for local people to flourish! @CRI_News@water_institute@ers_uw
Do you know how to write an abstract? If not, join the next CRI Student Leadership Committee coffee house on March 8th at 7 pm AST to learn from CRI PhD students @nata1iekat and @NBergbusch!
