@thirstythrees@cabanascar42 I feel like this a bit of a stretch because redbull also lets max race a Mercedes and a Ferrari for his sports cars…so I’m sure it wouldn’t be to much of an issue. They also drive Chevy’s now that are redbull branded.
@ItsLeland@NashvilleSuperS That’s usually a state law thing my guy. In CA you can’t bring a cooler to an event, all my life I didn’t know you could do that until I went to the roval when I was living in NC. Saw coolers as far as the eye could see. Next race. I brought a cooler.
@VLVibesPodcast It’s called prime time for a reason…we need more prime time races. The visuals of this race are cool too! You can see more sparks and more flames out the pipes, more break glow. All that fun stuff that makes the racing look cool.
@toddboese@chevychevelle48 You’re not wrong about the land prices out here for sure, but pre-covid you could get a ticket from the track for 35 free parking since 2008. That same ticket would be online for 155 and 100 for parking. Tickets to the Lakers games were about half that, and in the city.
@Jtown333@Jacobdean1342@NASCAR@BenKennedy33 I like the concept just make it a 3/4th mile instead of a half mile. But I just like bigger tracks. You can totally fit all that and parking there.
@toddboese@chevychevelle48 It means scalpers would buy the tickets and sell them for more. People would not want to pay those prices. So the seats would be empty. I remember some years tickets would be 100-120 more than if you got them off the track website. If you were quick enough.
