@azuread did something happen with AD or B2C sign in? Started getting this message about 30-40 minutes ago: 'The application with identifier 'a6b60dbe...' has not been granted consent and is unable to be used for local accounts.'

@shanselman @aspnet We have a SaaS app we use it in. If a user kicks off a long running job (WebJob) we use SignalR notifications to the user of the progress.
