@JayBobSons The whole card will fade. I’ve seen booths at flea markets that have been there a while and basically all the cards that sat in the case have faded.
Also, UD sweet spot autos from the early 2000s were notorious for fading. Super rare to find a clean one now
@NeedMoreCards@BigBobsCards You’re right about everything but it never changing.
For a long time, almost all big modern cards, and especially 1st Bowman autos were in BGS slabs.
At the time BGS commanded the biggest premium.
That’s why you still see a ton of early 2000 Bowman 1st in BGS slabs.
@SmallTownWax@CardPurchaser That’s awesome. I’ve had a similar experience twice in my life from blasters.
Once I got 2 2006 Bowman Chrome 1st autos of Kershaw in the same pack.
And then I pulled these two out of the same blaster.
@barneyxbt There’s no solution for things that can’t be created. Everyone can’t live at the beach, or go to the Super Bowl even if everyone could afford the price.

@CardPurchaser In some ways this was the one thing Topps had going for it over Panini. Even at lower odds it was still possible to hit most big chases in retail.
Retail Prizm football has been basically nothing to hit at all recently. At least Chrome isn’t that bad.
@midwestguy86@BigBobsCards I think this flies under the radar. Relief pitching for years was basically failed starters. Or guys you threw in to eat innings.
@tjkcards@SportsCardInv Yeah it’s real. If you watch his channel he talks about how he got all the packs he opens. He bought nearly every pack at the time of release years ago. Saved the random packs all for his retirement and has been opening one a day for a few years now.
@ericweinstein This is my theory. Many of the breakthroughs in physics disrupt energy/travel. Which would disrupt oil demand. In turn devaluing the petro dollar.
Anything related to chip design or data is freely encouraged because that leads back to surveillance and control.
@TheHerd@colincowherd You could see this coming from the start. In the long run it’s gonna be Stanford, ND, Texas, Texas A&M, Michigan, Northwestern, Vandy, Duke dominating college sports. The real wild thing could be the Ivy League if they decide to go all in. Deeeep pockets.
@TGNCards I think Topps and Panini are missing out in combining the two. They should go back to the mid 90s-2000 era.
All aces have been a hit, and toward the direction of this idea.
Parallels are a cheaper way to create scarcity instead of designing all new rare cards.
