Hoping to get back to messing around with netbsd on the TT030 soonish. Things kind of stalled out after I got frustrated with the >16MB issue and then got distracted with various life stuff.

I'm not sure if it was a tweak to @tsutsuii's original commits or what, but there were new commits on PR/41002 (ST_POOL_SIZE issue) and PR/46647 (box drawing chars issue) today.

@lopta Oh nice, I didn't know about that! But... At this point I've proven the issue isn't ethernet related and has to do with RAM specifically. I have 2 known-good ethernet devices.

@tsutsuii Then it sounds like it could be that the case that my Atari TT RAM board works because of its specific configuration, but other boards use a different range. (cc @tuxie01)
